It is important for us to know that our customers are completely satisfied by our work. To ensure this, it is absolutely essential for every aspect of the application to be thoroughly tested over a period of time. Therefore, a test environment will need to be set up to mimic the production system as accurately as possible before it is actually put into use. This of course means that adequate test data will have to be provided, as well as test cases which cover every real life scenario imaginable. Only when the customer has signed off on every feature of the software, will the project be considered done.
